How agricultural data is supposed to move

On a modern farm, data rarely lives in one place. It has to travel — cleanly — if it's going to support decisions in the paddock and the office.

That loop is how plans become applied work — and how as-applied records come home again.

In theory, John Deere Operations Center, PTx FarmENGAGE, FieldOps and your farm management system talk to each other. APIs sync. Files export. Boundaries and AB lines travel with the job.

In practice, they often don't. Something fails mid-path — the wrong format, a missing field, a sync that says it worked, a USB that still ends up in the glovebox — and the data stops being useful for decision making.

Find the break: format mismatch, API handoff, missing attributes, coordinate issues, duplicate jobs, or a sync that never finished the trip.

Convert, transfer, clean and reconnect the files and workflows so AB lines, boundaries, prescriptions and as-applied data move again.
